Thai Poosam
My heart was filled with happiness and pride at the sight of the grand Chariot of Sri Mahalingaswamy and Ambaal. The whole scene of Brahmaandam is still ever fresh in our memory. My wife describes this opportunity as God given and a never forgettable chance of a life time. The Theerthavaari, Velli thaer and the Thaerottam- We cannot see these kind of events any where else in our country. Thanks to Appa's idea that he planned the Grahapravesham in line with the Thai poosam festival,......more than 75 odd people from our family got to witness this grandeur.
Beginning of a new Revolution
Repeating what I had mentioned in one of my initial mails to TDR times......With Mahalinga Swamy's blessings, what is happening now in Thiruvidaimarudur marks a new beginning of sorts. Bharatham's roots are in the villages and our people will soon realise it.
"This is a start of a big revolution,.. A Cultural revolution,.. A Spiritual revolution,... A mass revolution,.... A people's revolution,... A Village revolution"
A sincere Appeal
I have been telling Appa for a long time that we must propagate the name of Sri Mahalinga, Ambaal, the temple, the tank, The Chariot, the Prahaarams, The Nandi, the Sthala Puraanam, The festivals, the streets, River Cauvery, Govindapuram, Thiruvisanalloor, the power and its vibrations and soon everything else will follow-,.....The school, the village, the people- Everything will follow.
Director Visu has realised the importance and significance of this temple,....Lord Mahalinga and hence we got to witness such a beautiful coverage. Special thanks for his sincere efforts!
Mahalinga must be the central theme and focus of all our efforts. The rest all will happen and IT WILL HAPPEN.

On behalf of all TOSA members, all residents of Thiruvidaimarudur, I am also taking this opportunity to thank Pujya Sri Swami Dayananda Saraswathi Swamigal,one of the prime causes behind this mammoth revolution. Such is the power of our Sadhu Mahathmas. The power of their Sankalpam is so huge that a chariot moves after a 70 year period. Sadhus perform their actions effortlessly and perfectly without expectation of name and fame. More than Rs. 8 crores got collected for the Maharatham just in a little while and for this we all must be thankful to this Mahaan.
